Excellent 39 acre building site just off Highway 766 between Delisle & Pike Lake. There is a 54-year old mobile home on the property which is livable but requires a lot of cosmetic upgrading, as well as a 32 x 50 foot Quonset with dirt floor. Well & septic system on the property. Mobile is heated with a combination electric/woodburning furnace. Several storage sheds. Current owner has lived there since 2003. Please give some notice for showings (id:60457)
