Enjoy your own private, relaxing and lovely getaway on this waterfront lot at Ferguson Bay. With mature trees, ample lawn space and the views of the water and rolling riverhills behind, there’s so much to love about this lake property. The seasonal cabin comes fully furnished and is a cozy and welcoming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with an open concept kitchen, dining and living space. Pine ceilings, durable vinyl plank flooring make a nice presentation, and updates include a brand new metal roof and brand new hot water tank. The expansive, maintenance-free covered deck provides an additional space to host and enjoy that feels like a natural extension of the main living space. The property also includes a fully furnished 30ft Cougar camper trailer which hosts another 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and a 3-piece bathroom, providing a private space for guests to stay if desired. There are also two sheds - one is finished and hosts an inflatable hot tub, the other is suitable as a garden shed. Also included is a riding mower.
