Discover your own private retreat on beautiful Jones Lake. Set on 2.2 acres with over 900 feet of waterfront and a distinctive point extending into the lake, this exceptional property offers a rare combination of privacy, natural beauty and spectacular western exposure. Enjoy long sunny days, beautiful sunsets and the peaceful surroundings of mature hardwood and softwood trees. Built in 2020, this charming four-season cottage was thoughtfully designed with quality craftsmanship and comfortable, modern living in mind. The inviting open-concept interior features a woodstove, pot lighting and fibre-optic internet, while the underground 100-amp electrical service keeps power lines out of sight and allows the natural setting to take centre stage. Outside, a spacious 14 x 14 patio provides the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, entertain family and friends or simply relax and take in the tranquil lake setting. Spend your days swimming, kayaking, canoeing or paddleboarding, and end the evening around the firepit beneath the stars. A 10 x 12 barn offers excellent storage for watercraft, outdoor equipment and recreational gear. The property currently has an outhouse rather than a well and septic system, with the option to explore adding these services if desired. Located approximately 20 minutes from the Town of Shelburne, this peaceful lakeside escape offers the privacy of a true getaway without being too far from everyday amenities.
