PROPERTY SOLD AS-IS , MAJOR RENOVATION REQUIRED. Looking for a project with plenty of potential? Situated on a spacious 5.4-acre lot, this property offers an opportunity for a handy person, skilled labourer, contractor, or experienced renovator looking to take on a substantial project. The home is currently non-livable and requires extensive renovations and remodeling throughout, but with the right vision and considerable work, it could be transformed into a comfortable home or investment property. The main level features an entrance area leading into a dining room and living room, along with a kitchen complete with an island. The layout also includes a laundry area, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. An attached garage provides convenient additional space and adds to the functionality of the property. The rear portion of the home previously contained an apartment; however, this section has since collapsed and will require removal and demolition from the main structure. A recent improvement to the property is the roof, which has been re-shingled, providing a newer roofing surface. Outside, the 5.4-acre lot offers plenty of space, privacy, and possibilities for those looking for a larger parcel of land. The property is also conveniently located within close proximity to local beaches, wharfs, schools, clinics, hospitals, and other everyday amenities. If youre looking for a property where you can roll up your sleeves and create something of your own, this could be an opportunity worth exploring. Property is being sold as-is, where-is.
