Welcome to 1011 John Cormier, where the water is the star of the show. With 115 feet of private water frontage, this property is made for long summer days, whether you're swimming, paddling, or just soaking in the view from your own shoreline. Inside, the open-concept living and dining area keeps everyone together, and the primary bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom. A new roof means peace of mind, and the walk-in basement offers plenty of storage for all your summer gear. Set on half an acre, there's room for guests to park their RV right beside the cottage. Enjoy it all summer, then rent it out in the off-season to help it pay its way. And every morning, the sunrise over the water is a show you won't want to miss.
