Rarely available southwest corner 2-bedroom suite in Woodcroft’s sought-after Capilano Building, offering sunny, private views of the Capilano River and a peaceful forest-like outlook. The spacious “L”-shaped living and dining area allows for flexible furniture placement, while the generous room sizes easily accommodate house-sized furnishings. The kitchen has had some updates over the years, but the suite offers an excellent opportunity for a full renovation and is priced accordingly. The building has undergone numerous infrastructure upgrades and is supported by a proactive council, 24/7 manned security and on-site property management.
