HUNTERS ALERT!!! Get away in comfort as you go after that prized animal. This great cabin rests on 5 acres in Saddle Hills County and could be a great hunting cabin. Located on the edge of WMU 359, and WMU358, surrounded by green zone. It could also just be the perfect get away, or tiny living opportunity as well. The property is mostly fenced, and the cabin was built in 2024. You get 2 bedrooms, and a cozy open concept living room and kitchen. You will relax and unwind in this charming little home, with all the wood features, and rustic atmosphere. The beautiful wood cook stove is the main heat source, and heats the whole place. There is a propane furnace and propane stove as well that are brand new and never been used. Step back in time with hauled water, stored in a barrel in the porch, which also has washer and dryer in it. Washer is waiting for the water to be hooked up. Municipal water is in, and just waiting for the shed to be built to hold it. The Septic tank is also in, but not plumbed to the cabin. There is a room set a side for the bathroom, left for your finishing touch, not plumbed or finished. The Kitchen has lots of counters, wash your dishes in water you heat up, and enjoy the outback experience. The atmosphere takes you back to a more peaceful quiet pace of life. The cabin is finished with great deck to enjoy the outdoors. Out side you also have a wood shed, and 2 other sheds to be used for whatever you desire.
